As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a team of experienced sellers and help formulate and execute strategies to maximize business growth. You will develop and manage your team to drive transformational deals, accelerate growth, and meet/exceed organizational goals.

We seek a visionary sales leader with energy, innovation, and the ability to elevate team performance and relationships with C-suite executives. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer needs through research and providing support during customer meetings.
  • Analyzing territory pipeline and coaching for effective closure strategies.
  • Engaging in territory planning, developing relationships, and seizing revenue opportunities.
  • Cultivating a high-performance sales culture and mentoring your team.
  • Possessing strong technical knowledge of our portfolio to solve customer problems holistically.
  • Driving team selling efforts and ensuring collaboration.
  • Holding your team and yourself accountable for achieving goals.
  • Communicating effectively across all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
  • Influencing others through change management.
  • Building a winning team through strategic recruitment and training.
  • Managing strategic partnerships.

Your Experience

  • Proven leadership with experience building high-performing teams in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Expertise in SaaS, cloud technology, especially in networking or security.
  • Experience with the German public sector, especially federal government.
  • At least 2+ years managing a high-performing DQC Team.
  • Experience with both indirect and direct sales strategies.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial, with a focus on execution.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, fluent in German and English.
