Technical Account Managers are highly experienced Architects who bring both deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support a small portfolio of strategic clients (approximately 3 per TAM). They must be quick on their feet and able to turn challenging customer situations into positive outcomes, whether in the boardroom with a client CTO or sharing the command line with a client admin. They need to be effective both technically and communicatively, capable of managing relationships while maintaining a tight organizational overview of their accounts.

Technical Account Managers are experienced Architects supporting strategic clients (about 3 per TAM). They must be quick thinkers and able to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes, whether with a CTO or an admin. They need to be effective communicators and doers, managing client relationships and technical aspects effectively.
