When we started in 2007 with a simple idea, it was not foreseeable that today this large number of employees at international locations are working on the development of our successful EHSQ & ESG software. This joint achievement makes me proud, based on dedicated, motivated teams and an appreciative working atmosphere. Thanks to all colleagues!
Founder 2007
Our Software Development department consists of multiple cross-functional teams with specialists in various areas, such as Site Reliability Engineering, Software Architecture and Mobile Development.
The majority of our team members come from the Berlin region, with some working from home elsewhere. But no matter whether you work at home or in the office: We have a place for you!
Our headquarters is located in the lively district of Friedrichshain in Berlin, near the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station. The Quentic offices are spacious, but you won’t find an open-plan office atmosphere with us. Alongside various high-tech meeting spaces, we also have a top-floor fun space, which can be used for cooking, eating together and other (after-work) activities.
We support cross-departmental and cross-company collaboration and support employee initiatives such as meetups and Lunch-Roulette to help colleagues from different departments or countries get to know one another.

Our goal is to develop our EHSQ software solution to meet the needs of our customers, placing special value on quality and reliability. We can only ensure seamless functionality from the Quentic Core to each individual module when all the gears mesh together. The Software Development team analyzes, plans, develops, and implements everything in the software. This is why we are divided up into Scrum teams that work cross-functionally.
We don’t just work to challenge our competitors; we work according to agile principles and values. And we live by the values defined in our Code of Inspiration : Ongoing improvement is only possible through learning. Of course, we’re not perfect, but we have fun learning and growing together as a team and also continuously driving our software forward. Where we’re headed is clear: European market leadership in EHSQ software!

Our first release brought four new modules to our “EcoWebDesk” software, with another added at the end of 2009.
2010
More than 5 developers are now responsible for our new code.
2012
We moved into our first official company rooms on Friedenstraße in Friedrichshain, Berlin.
2014
We moved and established our headquarters on Schreiberhauer Straße,affectionately called SH30.
2015
Just under eight years after our initial founding, we have experienced strong growth in numbers and now organize our developers into three unique teams.
2015
We introduce Scrum, and from now on this is our method for further product development.
2016
We proudly present the first version of our mobile app to our customers and are met with great success.
2017
With two new colleagues, we lay the foundation for our Quality Assurance team andwelcome our new colleagues from the Mobile Development department of "NordSafety" in Finland.
2018
Due to a lack of available space in a new expansion, the Software Development department moves to a new building in Rigaer Straße in Berlin’s Friedrichshain neighborhood.
2018
Our rebrand is official. Our software is known as Quentic from now on and we all become Quentics.
2020
Our growth continues and COVID-19 causes us to move all onboarding and work activities to home office mode. But Quentic is well prepared, and the switch goes smoothly due to fantastic technical groundwork we laid and excellent collaboration overall.
2021
Our Software Development team comprises around 80 members today, which continues to work together amazingly despite the challenges suddenly presented to us by Corona. The release of Quentic 13.0 is a new milestone.
2022
We increase the potential to offer digital business solutions and services on a global scale together with a strong partner and thus create additional added values.
