Role Overview:

As the HR Business Partner at Aptar, you will support the site management with HR strategies, employee lifecycle management, and local HR initiatives. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, collaborate with global HR teams, and drive talent development and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy HR strategies within the site
  • Support management on employee-related matters
  • Implement HR processes such as salary planning, performance reviews, and talent reviews
  • Ensure legal compliance and partner with regional HR teams
  • Work on workforce planning, leadership development, and talent acquisition
  • Partner with Learning & Development for training needs
  • Manage staffing solutions and benefits administration
  • Use HR KPIs to improve service quality
  • Act as employee advocate and change agent

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, organizational studies, or related field
  • HR certifications are a plus
  • Multiyear HR experience, especially as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, legal, and labor relations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
