ANDRITZ Separation is a supplier of mechanical and thermal technologies and services as well as associated automation solutions in the field of solid/liquid separation within the internationally operating ANDRITZ Group. The company supplies the chemical, environmental, food, mining and minerals industries. Our tailor-made, innovative customer solutions aim to minimize the use of resources and maximize process efficiency, thus making a significant contribution to sustainability.

We, ANDRITZ Separation GmbH, with a total of 4 locations and approx. 280 employees, are part of the Separation business area and a global supplier, developer and manufacturer of industrial decanters, side and bridge beam filter presses, peeler and pusher centrifuges as well as drum, disk and dynamic crossflow filters.

Your Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the new projects for our CAPITAL business in the DACH/Eastern Europe region.
  • You will follow the strategies and market opportunities for the food industry/products/solutions in the assigned region in alignment with your Manager.
  • You will conduct technical and commercial contract negotiations together with the sales teams in the respective ANDRITZ Separation Group sites.
  • You will be responsible for sales and marketing activities and the development of customer relationships for CAPITAL equipment requiring technical explanation.
  • You will be responsible for order intake, sales, and Gross margin.
  • You will be the contact person for our representatives and partners in the respective territory.
  • You will take care of regular reporting, submitting information and forecasts as required for the Capital business.
  • You will support Key account management in the region.
  • You will act as the primary communication link between ANDRITZ Separation, food industry customers, agents, and partners in the territory.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Mechanical engineering, Process engineering or a comparable technical degree.
  • At least 5 years of SALES experience in the food industry.
  • An understanding of technical specifications and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and an independent, systematic way of working.
  • Very good written and spoken command of both German and English; other languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in using common IT programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High customer relationship and result orientation.
  • Good analytical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel in the DACH/Eastern Europe region (> 50%).
