We’re seeking a performance-minded Paid Search Specialist to lead and scale our Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. You’ll own strategy and execution across paid search, with the freedom to test, learn, and make bold decisions that drive growth.

  1. Lead end-to-end management of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  2. Allocate and manage budgets strategically, focusing on cost-efficiency and performance.
  3. Conduct keyword research and write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy.
  4. Optimize campaigns based on performance data and platform trends.
  5. Use performance insights to test and validate new ideas, scaling what works and iterating on what doesn’t.
  6. Manage projects that improve search channel outcomes, such as better structure, copy, or creatives.
  7. Identify and implement strategies to improve KPIs and reduce inefficiencies, maintaining a mindset of continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with brand and content teams to ensure messaging alignment.
  9. Stay updated on search behavior trends, SEM best practices, and ad tech developments.
  10. Proven success managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns (1–3 years).
  11. Deep understanding of SEM, PPC strategy, and performance optimization.
  12. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and relevant analytics tools.
  13. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  14. Strong communication skills; thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  15. Plus: Experience in supplements, e-commerce, or wellness brands.
