The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers, and SMEs with a range of exclusive services, shaping tomorrow's upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth and sustainable profitability by enhancing customer loyalty, enabling brand repositioning, and unlocking potential via optimized supplier management. BTC plays a key role in HRS's DACH strategy, focusing on disrupting the interplay between hotel, workplace supply, and e-commerce, and dominating the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to develop and shape "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions, making it the next innovation within the HRS Group with your team.

POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance our customer-facing platforms on web and app. This role involves improving user experience, optimizing customer journeys, and implementing data-driven design strategies.

CHALLENGE

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, user-centered designs for web and mobile applications, advocating best practices.
• Design inspiring, user-friendly product solutions. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform improvements.
• Develop, prototype, and evaluate innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business and user needs.
• Mentor other designers, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain and develop our design system and internal processes.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION, YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Senior-level UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in digital start-up/scale-up environments.
• Expertise in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, typography, color, and layout.
• Experience in user research, translating insights into design solutions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Profound knowledge of Figma, especially in product design, prototyping, complex design systems, and developer handover.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
