Your Mission

We are seeking a customer-oriented Office IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist (m/f/x) to join our team. Our goal is to advance Europe’s industry to compete in the age of AI. To lay the foundation, we need you to ensure accessibility and availability of office infrastructure for our colleagues. As the first point of contact for our internal users, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment. If you have a passion for customer service, strong technical knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you. Your day-to-day will include:

1. Acting as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, requests, and incidents from employees, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
3. Building automation of internal processes and workflows.
4. Prioritizing and managing support requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed.
5. Administration of user accounts, access rights, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
6. Collaborating with IT and AI teams to resolve complex technical problems and participate in ongoing projects and initiatives.
7. Creating and maintaining documentation for support processes, including knowledge base articles and user guides.
8. Conducting technology training sessions for employees to enhance their technical skills and promote self-service options.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker or hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• You have experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
• You possess strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, as well as proficiency in supporting Google Workspace and other common software applications.
• You have experience with Microsoft 365, EntraID, SharePoint, and Teams, including configuration, management, and administrative tasks.
• You have an 'Automate everything' mindset and curiosity to explore automation opportunities, with experience in PowerShell scripting.
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
