Ingenieur*in als Sachverständige*r Anlagensicherheit, Entwurfsprüfung (w/m/d)

Responsibilities & Tasks
  1. Perform analytical and numerical calculations for pressure vessels, pipelines, valves, tanks, vehicle bodies, lifts, lifting devices, cranes, elevator components, and various metal and plastic structures based on applicable standards.
  2. Create static, lifespan, and fatigue calculations.
  3. Inspect construction components under various loads including pressure, gravity, and external influences such as wind, snow, and earthquakes.
  4. Prepare inspection reports and expert opinions, and develop calculation files (Excel, Mathcad).
  5. Participate in quality assurance audits and support inspectors at domestic and international sites.
  6. Handle cost calculations and prepare proposals for design reviews.
  7. Conduct customer-specific inspections (pressure tests, construction inspections, condition monitoring) and occasional fieldwork.
  8. Receive comprehensive training and participate in team meetings for ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Additional Skills
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering (Steel Construction, Tank Construction), Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 5 years of industry experience as a calculation engineer in power plant, machinery, equipment manufacturing, or steel construction.
  • Excellent IT and software skills, experience with finite element software (e.g., ANSYS or DASYLab).
  • Driving license class B.
