Senior Manager Strategic Planning (m/f/d)

• Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for project management and controlling of strategic, cross-departmental projects from conception to follow-up.
• You will maintain a comprehensive overview of our KPIs and market trends.
• You will develop strategic concepts independently and actively participate in various projects as a team member or in the role of leader.
• You will develop convincing presentations for our decision-making body in close coordination with the Management Board and specialist departments.
• As a sparring partner, you support the Executive Board and lead teams with ad hoc requirements.
• You take global responsibility for our Strategic Planning department and set the standards for our Group.
• You work with external stakeholders, including consulting firms, service providers, or business partners of the division.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your business or technical studies.
• You have at least 5-7 years of experience, ideally in an in-house strategy consultancy or with a commercial background in sales, marketing, and finance.
• You are well-versed in project management and enthusiastic about digitalization, sales, marketing, or supply chain management.
• You are a team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• You are business fluent in English and German.
