Jobbeschreibung

Within the legal department of the OVHcloud group, the Compliance area is responsible for ensuring that the group's activities comply with applicable regulations. It is particularly tasked with preventing the misuse of OVHcloud services for malicious or illegal purposes, either reactively or proactively by anticipating cybercrime within the OVHcloud network. This area also serves as the primary contact point for authorities in the various countries where OVHcloud operates. Consequently, it contributes to the company's growth and security.

The Compliance department consists of legal professionals and analysts who collaborate with various internal (IT security, sales, customer service, etc.) and external contacts.

Your main responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with German judicial and administrative authorities involved in combating cybercrime and regulating digital actors.
  • Handle official and judicial inquiries from other countries (e.g., Belgium, England, etc.).
  • Assist in establishing an industrialized billing system for French authorities and other countries.
  • Contribute to other cases handled by the VU, including reports of illegal content.

  • Implement intervention processes at the Limburg data center and with local teams.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on law or administrative sciences (German/French law), or training as a legal or administrative assistant.
  • Technical knowledge in IT and interest in this area.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
  • Proficiency in French (C2 level).
  • Very good English skills (minimum C1).
