PR and Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's public relations strategy.
  2. Maintain media relations and good relations with the media through regular or irregular activities.
  3. Write brand promotion and product press releases independently, with the ability to review and check media press releases.
  4. Handle the company's crisis public relations in a timely manner, participate in managing major emergencies, and propose crisis handling plans.
  5. Organize large and small media conferences for the company.
  6. Develop detailed implementation plans for brand activities based on the overall plan.
  7. Control and coordinate the event implementation process to ensure timely execution.
  8. Maintain good communication with brand ambassadors or KOLs, and ensure publicity material production.
  9. Summarize projects and gather market feedback after events.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, automotive engineering, economics, or business management.
  • Professional experience: Over 3 years in car sales and branding.
  • Strong media relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure; proactive, innovative, and capable of breaking through challenges.
  • Additional relevant responsibilities include roles such as Assistant Manager to Senior Manager, PR & Marcom Europe (Frankfurt), Senior Manager Corporate & Product PR, and a Co-Founder opportunity leading Social Media P&L for AI Hub Online.
