Qualifikationen

Job Description:

For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany location, for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Airbus R&T, engineering, and program teams to formulate procurement strategies for R&T projects.
• Participate in strategic projects such as #zeroE (Zero Emission) for PSCI.
• Support a strategic approach to the supply chain for R&T, integrating market intelligence, supplier positioning, and performance into sourcing decisions.
• Manage procurement activities related to R&T, including tenders, negotiations, contract management, and follow-up.
• Perform sourcing and screening activities to identify potential new partners through R&T projects.
• Negotiate Cooperation and Research Agreements with suppliers, securing IP rights for Airbus.
• Develop and maintain a large network internally and externally.
• Ensure professional and trusting supplier relationship management, uphold ethics and compliance standards.

Personal requirements:

• Good communication skills for effective information flow.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• High responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for business (several times a year).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Professional experience:

• At least 5 years of purchasing experience.
• Customer service and project management experience are a plus.

Knowledge:

• Very good knowledge of project management.
• Very good knowledge of process management.

IT skills:

• Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience in contract and international negotiations with external stakeholders (suppliers, customers) is desirable.

Language skills:

• Proficient in German.
• Business fluent in English.
