We are looking for a Tread Compound Development Engineer to expand our R&D team in Hannover.

Responsibility

• Development and introduction of competitive Compounds for summer, winter and all-season tires for the European market
• Support for compound related series production- and quality issues
• Project work in the context of chemical compound development
• Support of Linglong's sustainability approach

Qualification

• Academic Degree in natural science, engineering or a field directly related to the position
• 10+ years of experience in Compound design
• Experienced in dealing and communicating with suppliers
• Familiar with the tire production process
• Experienced in making tire quality analysis
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Open-minded, team player, strong communication skills
