We are a leading event organizer in German-speaking Europe, attracting over 5 million visitors annually with concerts across all genres. Under CTS Eventim, we hold a top position nationally and internationally in live entertainment. We are seeking passionate, music-loving, show-enthusiastic live professionals, or those aspiring to be one, to join us as:

Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Job Responsibilities:

At our Bayreuth location, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of all IT systems and components on-site. Your tasks will include:

• Managing all desktop PCs and notebooks (Mac & Windows)
• Assessing hardware and software needs, planning acquisitions
• Administering server environments (VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft Server from 2012, Microsoft Azure, Office 365 services)
• Configuring and maintaining operating systems and IT infrastructure at selected Semmel locations
• Monitoring ongoing operations, including automatic updates and backups
• Managing employee and application access rights
• Supporting second- and third-level support colleagues
• Analyzing and resolving errors and disruptions
• Providing IT training

Candidate Profile:

• Completed studies or training in computer science
• Several years of professional experience
• Extensive hardware and software knowledge
• Confidence in handling databases and security protocols
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1)
