Coproduction Office is an international label that produces and sells bold and award-winning films. Its sister company Briefmarken Weine is one of Berlin’s best wine bars, focusing on artisanal and natural wines paired with authentic Italian bistro cuisine, also importing Italian “vin d’auteur” to Germany. Further operations include on-site cinemas, gastronomy, production and distribution of visual art, and restorations of milestones in film.
Philippe Bober, the founder, has produced over forty films, many of which have been screened at Cannes, Venice, or Berlin, receiving major prizes like the Venice Golden Lion for Roy Andersson’s A PIGEON SAT ON A BRANCH REFLECTING ON EXISTENCE and two Palme d’Ors for Ruben Östlund’s THE SQUARE and TRIANGLE OF SADNESS. He also produces video installations and collaborates with visual artists.
Coproduction Office combines its expertise in culture, film, and visual arts in a cultural space featuring a two-screen arthouse cinema, an art gallery, restaurants, and a wine bar, located in Berlin’s city center.
We are looking for a globally minded, result-oriented colleague with organizational skills and a keen interest in culture, to join our team of thirty in a dynamic, international environment. Starting as an intern with potential for a full-time position, you will assist our team and founder Philippe. Working languages are German and English; proficiency in both is required, additional languages such as French are beneficial.
Ideal candidates are cosmopolitan, proactive, problem-solving, with lateral thinking, a passion for culture, film, and/or wine, and a positive attitude. Organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and punctuality are valued. Your background may be in wine, food, architecture, civil engineering, cinema, art, real estate, business administration, computer sciences, finance, or related fields.

The internship is full-time, remunerated at - € gross/month (net estimate € / month). It may lead to further opportunities.
