What your day-to-day looks like
You’ll be the one pulling the threads together – and making sure none of them snap. From setting up automated workflows in HubSpot to identifying which channels actually convert, you’ll shape our full GTM engine.
This role blends creativity with sharp analytics: you’ll build and scale campaigns across LinkedIn, email, maybe even a webinar or two – and you won’t stop at digital. You’ll also bring our brand to life through offline activations and in-house events, making sure we connect with the right people in the right moments.
You’ll design our marketing architecture, own our CRM and funnel reporting, and orchestrate buyer journeys, from “Who are you?” to “Where do I sign?”

It’s a true T-shaped role: broad marketing understanding with deep expertise in CRM, automation, and funnel optimization. You make things flow, and you make sure they scale.

You’ll partner closely with:
  • Frederik, our COO and your team lead – known for his structure and strategy
  • Sofi, our talented Brand Designer who owns everything visual
  • Samir, our Content Marketing Manager who turns ideas into SEO and story
What makes you the one
  • You’re a generalist with a T-shaped spike in CRM, data, GTM, automation and structure
  • You have 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in a startup (all stages) or an agency
  • You know your way around HubSpot – beyond just using it. You build automations, set up workflows, and make the system work for marketing, not the other way around
  • You’re analytical, curious, and love turning insight into action
  • You're precise but fast, and yes – you keep your calendar and tasks structured
  • Thinks like a generalist but goes deep in CRM, marketing ops, and analytics
How success looks like:
  • Our CRM and marketing automation are running smoothly, with clean data, clear reporting, and smart workflows in HubSpot
  • We’re running integrated campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, events), consistently generating qualified leads
  • Together with Samir, you’re constantly fine-tuning and optimising our inbound strategy to attract quality leads
  • GTM efforts are aligned across Marketing, Sales, and Product — with shared insights, feedback loops, and a smooth customer journey from first touch to close
