Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management, managers, employees, and the global HR team to implement strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships to provide ongoing support and HR guidance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adapt to industry changes to support organizational change management.
  • Work effectively with the local works council.
  • Understand the employee lifecycle and apply HR programs accordingly.
  • Proactively initiate and support change processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, HR, or business management.
  • At least four years of practical experience in an international HR environment.
  • Flexible skills including strategic thinking, tactical execution, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Hands-on approach, capable of working independently or in teams.
  • Practical knowledge of German Labor Law.
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on location.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
