As the Regional Cybersecurity Officer (f/m/d) for the DACH region, you will play a critical role in strengthening our cybersecurity posture and resilience. You will lead regional cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate risks and protect our assets.

Your IMPACT:

  1. Develop and implement regional cybersecurity strategies aligned with global security policies and business objectives
  2. Oversee regional incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis
  3. Engage with customer CISOs and participate in industry events to represent Schneider Electric's cybersecurity expertise and build strong relationships
  4. Collaborate with business leadership to address regional cybersecurity concerns and ensure alignment with business priorities
  5. Promote and maintain a strong cybersecurity culture within the region, driving awareness and best practices
  6. Support the security posture of ecosystem partners to ensure a consistent security approach across the value chain
  7. Contribute to cyber crisis simulations to enhance preparedness and response capabilities
  8. Support customer cybersecurity assessments and address related inquiries
  9. Oversee regional compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations, including supporting audits and certifications (e.g., ISO)
  10. Provide cybersecurity guidance and oversight for regional projects

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related; MBA or master's preferred
  • Several years experience in cybersecurity management within a complex, international environment
  • Extensive incident management experience
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., CIS Controls, NIST CSF, ISO series, IEC)
  • Excellent English communication skills and fluency in German
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
