Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Corporate Controller (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to support high-level decision making.

Your Responsibilities:

• Report to the CFO and collaborate with global and regional finance teams.
• Define, implement, and develop controlling processes, manage budgeting and forecasting to meet organizational goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including C-Level executives and Profit Center Leads.
• Define and introduce new business KPIs, including reports, ad-hoc analyses, and performance topics.
• Develop and ensure effective internal controls for accurate financial reporting.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.

Your Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with proven controlling experience, ideally internationally, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Private Equity-owned companies and experience with financial due diligence and M&A is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong project management skills, team guidance, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities to analyze complex issues and deliver solutions within deadlines.
• Fluent in German and English for effective communication across diverse teams.
