The Fashion team manages businesses within the Fashion category. The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing emerging merchants, as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. This role is based in our Munich office. Responsibilities include:
- Map the Fashion category and subcategories landscape, and define priorities for development in collaboration with partners.
- Define a go-to-market strategy for the Fashion category and build a clear roadmap to manage long-tail partners.
- Plan, execute, and maintain category performance.
- Partner acquisition and onboarding: identify potential partners, build onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partner education), and set up their mid and long-term account plans to help them grow sustainably on the platform.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to assist partners with content on the platform.
- Own internal projects to contribute to the Fashion ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).
- Develop initiatives to continuously improve competitive advantage.
Minimum qualifications:
- Strong network of German Fashion partners and comprehensive knowledge of the German Fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video experience preferred).
- Fluent in English and German for effective communication with German stakeholders.
