Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand and publisher, offering a comprehensive network of services for game developers and studios worldwide. We focus on delivering engaging, original gaming experiences globally and support our partners to unlock their games' potential.
As our Games Publishing Lead, you will be a key member of Tencent Games’ Global Publishing team, reporting to the Head of Global PC/Console Publishing. Your role involves understanding market trends and player motivations, building strong relationships with game studios, and collaborating to deliver AAA titles across multiple platforms. You will oversee game development through all stages, from concept to post-launch support, including marketing, community management, user acquisition, live-ops, and monetization.
You will also lead our brand marketing strategy, managing global campaigns and regional go-to-market plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, coordinating with Tencent teams and external partners, and achieving KPIs such as brand awareness, revenue, DAU, and retention. The role involves working with Canadian studios and may require international travel.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, market research, process management, and supporting studio marketing efforts. Building and maintaining strong communication channels and leveraging Tencent's services are also essential.
