Your Role

The opportunity for a unique realignment of business processes globally, preparing ZEISS Group for the future. The project involves standardizing and harmonizing ERP systems across the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, speed, flexibility, and compliance. The role is part of the FIT4 initiative, integral to the company's #agenda25.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage regional and segment-specific business requirements in the SAP S/4HANA environment, including data design and local fit-gap analyses.
• Drive process adaptation towards harmonization and standardization, liaising with business experts for preparatory work such as data cleansing.
• Guide and steer junior business experts in requirements analysis and process modeling.
• Design and execute test cases, conducting functional end-to-end testing in SAP S/4HANA.
• Contribute to regional roll-in projects, potentially across segments and SBUs.
• Assist in creating training materials and support end-user training as needed.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, with increased responsibilities over time.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management processes, including material, business partner, and variant configuration data.
• Proven experience in business requirements management and process design.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, as well as third-party systems.
• Industry knowledge relevant to the role.
• Strong conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
• Ability to network and work effectively in intercultural, interdisciplinary teams.
• Business fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
