Your role will involve developing algorithms and hardware modules for interferometers used in high-end metrology tools for manufacturing lithography optics. In a highly skilled team, you will apply new methods for evaluating large data sets, develop and test new ideas for metrology applications, conduct scientific and patent literature research, evaluate technical concepts for feasibility and limitations, plan tests or simulations, and document your findings to facilitate application.

Your Profile

• Excellent background in physics, photonics, mechanical engineering, mathematics, computer science, or similar fields
• Applied knowledge in MATLAB, Python, and data processing
• Interest in technology and motivation to work on complex challenges
• Willingness to learn and explore with initiative and creativity
• Good communication skills in English and/or German
