Amazon Freight Revenue Operations Manager

The Amazon Freight product enables Shippers to utilize Amazon’s transportation network for bulk product transportation across Europe. This innovative, technology-driven solution caters to the shipping needs of both small and large businesses and is experiencing rapid growth. Amazon Freight is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization in Europe, a cutting-edge supply chain technology organization responsible for many of Amazon’s top logistics offerings.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with large volumes of data, and embraces the challenge of complex business contexts. They should be passionate about scaling businesses. This role is crucial in supporting our Commercial teams to meet their goals by providing insights, designing commercial frameworks, and leading initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement performance management frameworks, including sales productivity and portfolio performance.
  2. Create reporting mechanisms to facilitate regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  3. Conduct complex analyses to identify trends at the portfolio and market levels, leading root cause analyses as needed.
  4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, designing scalable mechanisms to roll them out and track success.
  5. Support strategic planning from a commercial perspective and lead go-to-market initiatives for the commercial team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience working in high-growth, technology companies.
  • Background in finance, business management, and sales operations.
