Your role involves managing merchandise presentation, mannequin styling, and window concepts to enhance customer engagement and sales. You will collaborate with various teams to create impactful visual displays and ensure consistency across stores.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate on window styles and product presentations with Product, VM, and Marketing teams
• Manage mock-ups, sign-offs, and implementation of window setups
• Develop and maintain VM guidelines and seasonal records
• Coordinate brand campaign extensions at Style Courts
• Ensure proper storage and reuse of window elements
• Monitor market trends and seasonal launches for strategic planning

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or related studies in fashion
• 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, Window/Concept Creation, and Mannequin Styling
• Strong skills in visual merchandising and retail window creation
• Passion for fashion trends and creative design
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign (preferred)
