Your Team

Within the division "FA Accounting & Tax," we handle treasury, tax, and export control tasks for CARIAD SE and its subgroup. We coordinate closely with the Group departments "Group Tax (K-FS)" and "Group Treasury (K-FT)."

What You Will Do

1. Manage With-Holding-Tax (WHT) topics for CARIAD SE, including WHT declarations and process improvements, and advise on related issues.
2. Evaluate and assess Transfer Pricing topics with VW Group affiliates, including intercompany agreements and transactions, according to Transfer Pricing guidelines.
3. Update Transfer Pricing documentation annually, such as the Sub-Masterfile for the CARIAD Group and the Local File for CARIAD SE.
4. Ensure compliance with the TAX Compliance Management System (TCMS) within your area of tax responsibility.
5. Provide ongoing tax advice to group companies, departments, and M&A transactions, including preparing tax statements and presentations for decision-making bodies.
6. Participate in special projects and tasks as needed.

Who You Are

1. Preferably hold a degree in Business Administration or Law with a focus on Taxation, or be a certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater).
2. Have several years of experience working with a global corporation.
3. Possess high-level skills in analysis, abstraction, and structuring.
4. Be curious, progressive, and embrace diversity.
5. Fluent in German and English.
