Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership in Backend Development: Manage and lead a team of developers working on both front-end (Angular) and back-end (.Net) systems.
• Backend Expertise: Exceptional knowledge in .Net development, with extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
• Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end project development, from planning to execution and delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Hands-on Coding and Problem Solving: Ability to dive into complex technical problems and provide solutions at the product level.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to the development team, ensuring quality and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, DevOps, Architects, Product Managers, and other teams for seamless delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Your Practice Areas:

• Technical Leadership: Guide architecture decisions, technology stack choices, and set technical goals.
• Maintain High Code Quality: Ensure maintainable, secure, and efficient code through reviews and mentorship.
• Create Complex Applications: Manage architecture that integrates with frontend and third-party services.
• Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with the team and Scrum Master to support innovation.
• Code Security: Enforce secure coding practices and reviews.
• CI/CD: Work with SRE and DevOps for robust delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Your Profile:

Backend (Primary Focus):

• 6+ years in C# (.NET Core & .NET Framework)
• Designing RESTful APIs, microservices, DDD
• Database knowledge: MS SQL, Redis, MongoDB
• Understanding asynchronous programming and performance
• Experience with Azure and scalable systems

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, Docker, k8s

Security:

• Knowledge of OWASP standards and web security

Nice to have skills:

• Angular or similar frameworks
• Elastic & Kibana
• Prometheus & Grafana
• Helm charts
• CQRS/CQS, Event Sourcing
