Product Owner (f/m/x) Healthcare IT Solutions
Your responsibilities
- Lead a product development team to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality software products meeting customer needs and business objectives.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for our software solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure the development team has clearly prioritized tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and progress, and ensure clear communication of business requirements and translation into software requirements.
- Coordinate the planning, development, and release of new software versions, including conducting beta testing and gathering feedback.
- Work closely with QA team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in the medical field.
- Support the creation of product documentation and training materials for end users and internal teams.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Promote our products and services through written text.
Your profile
- Academic degree in bio-/medical technology with strong IT affinity or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in healthcare IT (e.g., in-vitro diagnostics, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics, clinical decision support).
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, with knowledge of agile and lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills (English fluent) for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a good understanding of technical and business contexts.
- High degree of teamwork and willingness to cooperate in interdisciplinary teams.
- Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation and continuous learning, adaptable to technological advancements and market changes.
