Your Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer, focusing on the French market.
  2. Operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience, including:
  3. Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool.
  4. Implement relevant suppression measures and coordinate with our field service partners.
  5. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with our customers.
  6. Ensure charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected according to industry legislation and regulations.
  7. Contribute to improving our service quality and operational excellence.
  8. Support the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  1. University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
  2. Experience in the eMobility or customer service industry.
  3. Initial experience with DC infrastructure operations.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize collaboratively within the team.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  6. A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
