Job responsibilitiesWere at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a
Clinical Operations Specialist opening,to work on a sponsor-dedicated role, office-based in Munich. This role will give you the opportunity to support a global pharma leader in the market and gather relevant experience to further develop in the clinical field. This role is part of our FSP 360 team (functional service provider), which is designed to successfully meet the individual needs and goals of the client you will be supporting.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing activities in compliance with applicable Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Upload documents in eTMF
- Upload contracts in designated System
- Work on the invoice process
- Maintains, updates, and inputs clinical tracking information into databases
- Manages shared mailbox, processes requests and routes correspondence appropriately
- Coordinates the ordering, packaging, shipping to site monitors
- May Assists with coordination of team meetings, attends meetings and prepares accurate meeting minutes and action items
- May handle receipt, tracking and disposition of post
- May attend special working groups
- Maintains overall awareness in the field of clinical research by completing all necessary and assigned training
QualificationsQualifications
What we're looking for:
- Min MSc degree. Otherwise, high school diploma or equivalent with extensive years of experience in the field.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Fluency in German is required, and advanced English.
- Willingness to develop in the clinical field
- Ability to embrace new technologies
