Qualifikationen

Project assistant/ commercial employee (m/f/d)

Description

For our project team in Berlin, we are looking for a project assistant / commercial employee (m/f/d) for the insulation division at TL Concept GmbH as soon as possible.

As a company with over 200 permanent employees, we have many years of experience in handling large-scale projects in the areas of insulation, fire protection, sheet metal processing and ventilation technology.

Your future field of work:

• Preparing and updating project documents and documentation
• Preparation of measurements for invoicing the construction work carried out
• Very good organization of the business process by means of a structured filing system
• Preparation of and collaboration in the compilation of service specifications
• Support in the project process/construction site process
• Collaboration in the month-end closing
• Managing correspondence with external business partners and reviewing and distributing incoming correspondence
• Preparatory work for site management (plans, site information)
• Personnel applications
• General processing

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed training in the commercial sector
• Knowledge of project work
• Experience in the activities, processes and background of the construction industry, especially in insulation, is an advantage
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and are not afraid to quickly familiarize yourself with other specialist IT procedures
• You also have a structured, cost-conscious and solution-oriented way of working and work independently and reliably
