Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate PSM, you'll spearhead digital transformation, standardize processes, and cultivate talent to build a top-tier, data-centric, modern procurement team. This role is pivotal in boosting efficiency, compliance, and team development worldwide.

• Streamline procurement across all regions, creating a unified operating model.
• Guide regional teams in deploying end-to-end tech solutions, ensuring compliance and audit-readiness.
• Develop group KPIs and dashboards to enhance financial forecasting and supplier relations.
• Craft a robust procurement data strategy, standardizing procedures for policy adherence and risk management.
• Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring your team is skilled and motivated.
