About the Role

How you will contribute

1. Personnel management and responsibility within the operational area
2. Planning, control, work distribution, and employee briefing
3. Act as the primary contact for customers, employees, and temporary workers
4. Plan and oversee the movement of goods
5. Ensure timely processing of orders, including safe handling of incoming and outgoing goods
6. Prepare daily and weekly reports (internal and external)
7. Monitor occupational safety and disciplinary compliance
8. Report damages and complaints, support claims processing, and maintain documentation
9. Monitor stock levels, conduct inventories and cycle counts

Your Key Qualifications

1. Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or similar
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/forwarding, with management experience preferred
3. Fluent German and good English skills
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
5. Experience with merchandise management systems (WMS) and SAP
6. Enjoy working in a diverse, global, shift-based environment
7. Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills
8. Dynamic, goal-oriented, team player with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
