What you will experience in this position:

In Europe, Hoffman has a strong position in the industrial and commercial building market. Our product offering includes a comprehensive range of standard products and accessories, with options for Express and Advanced Customization. About 80% of our sales in our markets go to wholesalers and panel builders. This role covers South Germany and involves frequent travel for customer visits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Closing deals by applying the Sales Process
  • Managing your portfolio by segmenting prospects and customers (Type of Buyer, Customer Group, Vertical) for targeted marketing communications
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction to foster ongoing relationships, including creating demand with machine builders, system integrators, and end-users
  • Collaborating with channel partners through joint visits and product training
  • Using CRM daily to record activities, sales funnel, and customer information
  • Sharing improvement opportunities related to the product portfolio, sales tools, etc., with the Sales Manager

You have:

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to work remotely from a home office
  • A current and valid driver’s license
  • Resilience, proactivity, and a hunter mentality
