If you are passionate about building the future of shopping and enjoy the challenge of building net new experiences from the ground up, this strategic yet confidential project could be the program for you. Our project is a new shopping experience that provides customers a place to discover even more affordable Fashion, Home, Lifestyle, Electronics, and other products at ultra-low prices. This exciting, product discovery-driven CX is full of products across categories at low prices, with fulfillment in one to two weeks. The store's intuitive browse-based UX and thumb-stopping discounts encourage exploration, basket building, and repeat purchases. It is still early days and the perfect time to join a fast-moving team at the ground level.
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the marketing team. This key strategic role builds our go-to-market strategy and execution to drive traffic and new customers to Amazon stores. The ideal candidate is able to navigate ambiguity on a daily basis, build and execute a go-to-market strategy that delivers traffic at scale, and action data-driven insights in real-time as we learn more about our customers. This role requires the ability to build strong working relationships both across the team (Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) and across key Traffic & Events stakeholders (EU XCM, NavX). The right candidate is able to force multiply at scale with partner teams.
