On the one hand, our research aims to be published in top international journals. On the other hand, the practical implementation of our research findings in business practice is important to us. To this end, we work on new and innovative research questions in international research groups with leading scientists from all over the world. At the same time, however, we also work with business practitioners to ensure the practical relevance of our work.
