Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (all genders) to join our Product Management team to further improve our enterprise-focused remote connectivity product Tensor and to own further product initiatives. The position will report to the Vice President of Product Management and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment. - Take over the role of a Senior Product Owner within an agile Scrum team(s) to lead and champion product initiatives from requirements gathering to release, supporting Product Managers.
- Be a visionary driving force, understand customer challenges, translate customer needs into innovative product solutions, and define, track, and analyze relevant KPIs.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure quality standards that satisfy and excite customers.
- Gather requirements from Product Management and stakeholders, and convert these into user stories and supporting documentation.
- Ensure development team members understand the goals of product initiatives and support them in determining the hows.
- Support and enhance the technical feasibility and intuitive use of planned functions to excite customers.
- Foster an innovative culture through open communication, curiosity, and exploration.
Requirements
- A university or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in product management, software development, or quality assurance.
- Strategic mindset, capable of aligning initiatives with the product vision and strategy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to advise stakeholders on commercial and technical factors.
- Solution-oriented, flexible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious attitude, questioning the status quo, and seeking innovation.
- Experience coaching colleagues in prioritization, estimation, and requirements engineering.
- Strong technical understanding with previous coding experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
