Tasks:

• Serve as the contact person for internal customers regarding technical and infrastructural building management.
• Plan, calculate, tender, and manage technical building projects (new builds, conversions, extensions).
• Operate technical systems, CAFM systems, and building management systems; handle warranty tracking, maintenance planning, and support for TÜV and expert inspections, as well as system and operational optimization.
• Coordinate and support specialized companies.
• Process fault reports and service orders.
• Participate in energy and environmental management.

Requirements:

• Completed technical studies in electrical engineering or technical building management.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with FM systems (CAD, FM software, building management systems).
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Technical degree such as supply engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Assertiveness in dealing with external service providers.
