As Customer Service Officer, you will be part of multicultural Customer Service team. In this role, you will collaborate with our European clients & European sales ‘teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all requests of the clients : Orders, delivery slips, shipments, invoices & complaints.
  • Support the European Sales Managers with their requests in addition to CRM input and follow-up on project.
  • Provide information on the company's products, selling prices and lead times, if necessary.
  • Follow customer service procedures.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Skills / Experience

  • Excellent presence and work attitude, quick and willing learner;
  • Proficient team player;
  • Able to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
  • Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset;
  • Experience in commercial & administrative environment;
  • Experience in freight & transportation would be an asset;
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office Pack, especially Excel;
  • An excellent command of German and English, or of English and French, is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages (Italian, Spanish, Luxembourgish) is an asset.
