As a high-performing, experienced HR sales expert at LHH, you are the go-to person in times of need. You are confident in selling Talent Solutions to senior executives and will leverage your business insight to present LHH solutions to enterprise clients and prospects within the German market. You will have subject matter expert support across LHH’s suite of services, enabling you to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions.

Role Purpose

This person will be responsible for converting new business and expanding our client base across LHH’s CTM/L&D solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a sales strategy to increase share of wallet across prospects and convert new business targets.
  • Translate HR/talent-based requirements into business-driven LHH solutions aligned with client strategies.
  • Build strong internal relationships across functions within LHH.
Major Accountabilities
  • Sell CTM & L&D talent management services to existing clients and prospects.
  • Manage the sales process from strategy and planning to execution.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing LHH’s suite of solutions.
  • Participate in development, presentation, and closing of sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignments with colleagues, SMEs, and influencers to win new business.
  • Handle complex, non-routine sales involving HR buying centers and advanced business skills.
  • Demonstrate a successful sales track record of complex selling.
  • Penetrate accounts and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
About You
  • Experience in selling customized business solutions within consulting, especially HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, or workforce transformation.
  • Proficiency in various sales techniques including face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations.
  • Experience selling across all business lines within large organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead sales efforts, influence virtual global teams, and execute successful strategies.
  • Experience in hunting for new business and prospecting over a large territory.
