Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the contract process with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are processed correctly and swiftly.
- Supporting the marketing team in the administrative and content-related preparation of customer meetings, attending congresses and audits.
- Coordination and internal response to customer inquiries in the area of quality and compliance.
- Supporting the visualization of KPIs and the regular preparation of reports.
- Assisting in daily marketing activities, such as preparation of offers, coordination, and documentation of appointments.
- Analyzing market potential as preparation for sales activities.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team and project colleagues both nationally and internationally.
Your Potential:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with results-driven focus and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with internet technologies and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background in administration or sales support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse professionals.
- Team player with high dedication and passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketing environment is a plus.
- Self-motivated and independent worker with drive.
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably from a digital media buying/planning agency or healthcare marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
