We are growing and hiring at all levels—Juniors, Experts, and Managers. Currently, we are looking for an SEO Manager - Swedish Market to focus on either On- or Off-page SEO, or ideally both.

Responsibilities:

Offpage SEO

• Evaluating and analyzing websites using SEO tools
• Communicating with existing and potential partners
• Implementing various link-building campaigns
• Owning link-building projects
• Identifying and removing poor backlinks
• Reviewing competitors' backlink profiles

Onpage SEO

• Researching and analyzing competitors to define target keywords fitting website structures
• Performing and approving on-page SEO checks
• Implementing basic technical SEO
• Optimizing page content, elements, and meta tags
• Applying on-page SEO linking strategies
• Communicating SEO fixes to in-house teams and freelancers

General Tasks

• Monitoring and reporting on task/project results
• Attending regular learning sessions
• Staying informed about SEO news and market trends

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish
• Good command of English
• At least 1 year of SEO management experience
• Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Sistrix, Ahrefs, Majestic)
• Understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices
• Logical, analytical, and structured work approach
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, patient, flexible
• Knowledge of the business model and SEO's role in online marketing
• Understanding of crawling settings and mobile optimization
• Quick learner and team-oriented
