Company Description

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Senior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Supply Tech Enabling Team within the Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU.

The Supply Tech Unit is responsible for developing technical solutions that integrate our supply chain from start to finish. It manages the system landscape supporting our ABOUT YOU shops in over 20 countries, enabling seamless merchant integration across various business models.

The Supply Tech Enabling Team oversees key initiatives for the Supply Business Area, including end-to-end project management from requirements analysis to hypercare, ensuring operational stability through proactive monitoring and bug resolution.

As a vital member of this team, your focus will be on merchant integration projects, enhancing existing models and enabling external system integrations to onboard new merchants.

What will you do

• Lead strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams
• Analyze and optimize business requirements to reduce technical complexity
• Collaborate with partner integration units and application teams to implement scalable solutions
• Manage E2E testing with partners and internal teams, engaging wherever needed
• Ensure timely delivery by tracking milestones and coordinating with teams
• Support issue resolution by analyzing, prioritizing, and investigating bugs related to new integrations

Who you are

• Completed studies in business informatics or a related field
• 2-5 years of practical experience in project management or business analysis within tech organizations
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Nice to have

• Experience with MySQL
• Experience in designing process flows
• Background in eCommerce
