Your mission as Digital Solutions Manager (IoT)

As Digital Solutions Manager, you will contribute to our innovation strategy by creating new digital solutions and services, particularly advancing our Internet-of-Things (IoT) offerings. You will collaborate with key partners and customers, reporting directly to the Head of Product Portfolio & Innovation and working closely with product management, sales, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities as Digital Solutions Manager

• Act as the product owner of our IoT offering (smartMate), defining customer requirements, creating user stories, managing the product roadmap, and coordinating implementation with internal (IT) and external development partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analyses, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify needs for new digital solutions.
• Manage projects for developing digital solutions to enhance our hygiene services, aligning with our innovation strategy.
• Oversee customer projects involving our IoT solutions and data integration into customer platforms, from sales to implementation support.
• Provide second-level support and training for customer requests related to our IoT offerings.
• Coordinate digital solutions between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT departments, acting as the key internal interface.
• Work with external hardware and software development partners.

What qualities will contribute to your success?

We seek a digital native passionate about translating business needs into IT solutions, with a proactive attitude. You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration, and at least 3 years of experience in digital product management or software development, especially managing digital transformation projects.

You are a strong communicator, understanding both business and IT perspectives, a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges, and a team player capable of connecting across departments and regions. Fluency in German and English is required.
