Your Role

Our Brand Management teams are responsible for the vision and strategy of each brand. From day one, you will manage your business, implementing your ideas. You will lead initiatives related to product and commercial innovations, marketing campaigns across media, and develop marketing concepts based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights. You will collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to grow your brands profitably while meeting business objectives.

You may join P&G in one of two teams:

  • Commercial Operations team for a specific Brand or Category
  • Brand Operations team managing multiple categories and marketing touchpoints such as Data/Digital and Media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic results
  • Proven strategic problem-solving skills with initial experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Excellent analytical skills, leadership drive, and passion for Brand Management
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, embracing creativity and innovation
  • Decision-making skills using data and intuition
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
