Senior Project Manager Digital (all genders)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage complex digital projects focusing on E-Commerce, website relaunches, user experience, and web development.
• Identify opportunities and risks, maintaining oversight of time, cost, and quality, ensuring smooth relationships with clients and project teams.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and control processes, ensuring transparent communication and motivation.
• Support UX specialists, developers, and consultants with good organization and overview.
• Handle conflicts and adapt plans when necessary, balancing client needs with capacity.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies or equivalent with experience in project management.
• Experience in website relaunches, global rollouts, e-commerce, UX, and UI projects.
• Proficiency with methods and tools like Jira/Confluence, fluent in German and English, certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Structured working style with strong entrepreneurial understanding and client advising skills.
