Your Tasks

• Error analysis together with customers and developing solutions
• Technical support for our customers
• Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
• Customer-oriented processing and proper documentation of claims
• The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)

Your Skills

• Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
• Fluent English knowledge, basic German would be a plus
