This role is home-based in Germany but will require frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week.

Does this sound like you?

• Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams, executing complex tasks and leading work streams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as behavioral-based safety, workplace safety, safety culture, process safety management, or culture change.
• Contribute to our intellectual property and help develop our Operational Risk Management service offerings.
• Manage projects, clients, and teams of consultants independently.
• Share your expertise to develop our team members and own an area within the ORM portfolio.
• Analyze operational processes, management efficiency, and performance improvement potential in safety, operational excellence, and/or environmental sustainability.
• Engage actively with clients through meetings and interviews, working directly to implement effective solutions.
• Analyze data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions, and lead the creation of high-quality presentations and documents for client engagements.
• Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, and utilize tools like DILOS.
• Design and deliver training, coaching, and workshops at client sites.

Who are you today?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, EHS, or Business.
• You have ideally 7+ years of experience in consulting firms and industry.
• You possess deep expertise in implementing safety culture, behavioral-based safety, or process safety management.
• You have knowledge in industries or practice areas such as operational excellence, operational risk, safety, or sustainability.
• You are comfortable working with diverse and remote teams and have a track record of achieving objectives.
• You are bilingual or fluent in German and English; knowledge of a third European language is advantageous.
• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong formalization abilities.
