  • Regional Sales Manager – Southeast Germany (Südbayern and Baden-Württemberg)

The selected candidate, working closely with the National Sales Manager and the Export Division, will be responsible for managing and developing the Southeast German market to ensure organic business growth. Responsibilities include expanding the sales network (distributors), overseeing commercial activities, defining market strategies, developing budgets and sales objectives, managing sales activities, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and reporting market performance to headquarters.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Economics or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the food sector
  • Knowledge of HoReCa and Foodservice channels
  • Availability for frequent travel within the territory
  • Fluent in German and English; good understanding of Italian culture
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills
